 <note>A company cannot exist without its human resources even though it has a fairly&#13;
huge amount of capital and high-end modern technology, because a sophisticated&#13;
technology without being supported by human as its main resources will not be&#13;
able to achieve its purpose. Human resource must be directed and guided from the&#13;
management of the company in general and the human resource department&#13;
specifically. Every company is often faced by employee productivity problem.&#13;
The company must make effort so that every activity will obtain optimal result&#13;
and be conducted effectively and efficiently. Hence, to achieve the desired level&#13;
of effectiveness and efficiency, a company must have a good working system and&#13;
good productivity. Several factors that affect employee productivity are salary,&#13;
incentive, and work environment. The higher the amount of salary, incentive, and&#13;
a good working environment will increase the productivity of employees in a&#13;
company. &#13;
From understanding the result, the writer conducted a research on the impact of&#13;
salary, incentive, and work environment to employee productivity at CV. Abadi&#13;
Berkat Lestari. The purpose of this research is to determine how far do salary,&#13;
incentive, and work environment have impacts on employee productivity at CV.&#13;
Abadi Berkat Lestari. &#13;
The analytical methods used are multiple regression method. The results obtained&#13;
are the variable salary (X&#13;
1&#13;
) and work environment (X&#13;
3&#13;
) have no significant&#13;
impacts while incentive (X&#13;
2&#13;
) has significant impact towards employee&#13;
productivity. Salary (X&#13;
1&#13;
), incentive (X&#13;
2&#13;
), and work environment (X&#13;
v&#13;
 &#13;
3&#13;
)&#13;
simultaneously have impacts on employee productivity (Y) at CV. Abadi Berkat&#13;
Lestari. This can be seen in the results of the F-Test, H0 is rejected and H1&#13;
accepted with F-count &gt; F-Table. And the salary (X&#13;
1&#13;
), incentive (X&#13;
2&#13;
), and work&#13;
environment (X&#13;
3&#13;
) has contributed to customer loyalty (Y) by 44.7%.&#13;
In conclusion, salary and work environment does not give significant influence &#13;
toward employee productivity partially. Besides, incentive has significant&#13;
influence towards employee productivity. Simultaneously, all three variables have&#13;
significant influences toward employee productivity. &#13;
